It happened in the India Pakistan series where in this test match Waqar Younas bowled Srikant twice on two consecutive deliveries. Srikant came out as Indian opener to start the innings and from the bowling end it was Waqar Younas. Waqar bowled to him a fast delivery that didn’t swing and was heading straight towards the stumps. Srikant misread the line of the delivery and came across his stumps to play it on the leg side. It was fast and he in result was unable to make any connection with it. He was adjourned leg before the wicket the umpire straight away. Waqar almost was dead certain of Srikant being out so the appeal was already there. Srikant upon giving out immediately started protesting against the decision.
